Maybe it's obvious but I'll point it out anyway. Those who support overthrowing the Trump presidencies, including his first, do it because they correctly think he is about overthrowing the old establishment and these people want to preserve the old (and corrupt) ways. Most who want this are of course under centuries-old deception, manipulation, and brainwashing, and therefore in their own mind think that they are doing the right thing. Preserving corruption with corruption however doesn't fly no more.

Relevansen till nu Topic Juridik & Rättsväsendet är frågeställningarna vad som gäller när något är en militär operation och inte en civil operation. Detta kan diskuteras här. Ska det verkligen vara civila domstolar som bedömer vad som är militära operationer? Om civila domstolar ej berör de militära operationerna, blir de då inte stridande part i de militära operationerna genom att blunda för dem?

Jag har varit upptagen med praktiska göromål så jag har inte hunnit gå vidare i detta ännu. Men tanken jag hade är att det bör analyseras utifrån Law of War Manual. Det bör analyseras utifrån Law of War Manual vilken roll domstolen här verkar i, är den någon form av kombattant i informationskrig med tanke på att den redan har förkastat uppgifter från underrättelsehåll om att Dr. Reiner Füllmich är utsatt för en komplott för att stoppa honom och med tanke på att det nu framkommer att det just är en militär operation som han har stört med sitt arbete. Den juridiska attacken på honom blir därmed en militär attack på honom och domstolen har låtit sig användas som ett vapensystem i denna militära attack. Då bör det utifrån de olika kategorierna i Law of War analyseras vilken kategori domstolen befinner sig i.

Detta kan sedan behandlas i en Militär Tribunal, utifrån Law of War Manual. Eller en militär Judge Advocat kan vägleda domstolen i hur de ska lösa detta. Det kommer jag ihåg från läsning av DoD Law of War Manual att det är en möjlig väg, att militären vägleder de civila domstolarna i hur de ska trassla upp felaktigheter. Det bör givetvis öppet redovisas vilken militär som genomför en sådan Militär Tribunal eller militär vägledning av domstolen, så man kan förstå att processen inte är ojuste utan tar full hänsyn till internationell lag och faktiska omständigheter.

Who are the real Beneficial Owners? If you support the silencing of anyone that equals that you support the silencing of yourself. I see people censoring this one or that one who may very well be an operator, not realizing that they themselves walked into the trap to say to the universe that they are OK with being censored themselves. Because it doesn't matter if whoever you do not support is an operator, wrong is still wrong and right is still right. If you support anyone being wronged, you support yourself being wronged.

Den där kommentarstråden innehåller en bra översikt över grundtankarna kring vad lag och rätt ska vara. Det finns logik i hela omfånget av idéer om vad lag och rätt ska vara, men logiken för somliga är att logiken ej har med rätt att göra, att logiken ej har med vad som ska vara lag att göra. Toria Brooke nämner att Jair Messias Bolsonaro inte får ställa upp i det Brasilianska valet igen, att han inte får ställa upp igen förrän 2028. Detta innebär att icke-vald makt hindrar folket från att välja sina egna ledare, vilket innebär att icke-vald makt förbjuder folket från att störta samma icke-valda makt. Dvs. diktatorn förbjuder störtandet av diktatorn. (Vad mer är nytt?) Detta relaterar till vem/vad som ska bestämma i en demokrati. Om det faktiskt varit så att den som förhindrats delta i demokratin haft som agenda att ta ifrån människor deras oförytterliga rättigheter då hade det kunnat motiveras men i det här fallet verkar motsatt förhållande föreligga. Mitt djupare tänkande här baserat på att en majoritetsdiktatur (eller annan diktatur) ej har rätt att ta ifrån en enda individ dess rättigheter.
