I'm tired of people playing in black and white, trying to call balls and strikes on a conservative/liberal agenda scale, when in reality, Trump is the only man who could have accelerated the enemy to the point of fracture.

"What happens ‘in a crisis’ instead

Admittedly, the ‘normal’ decision-making procedure has its limits and caveats.  Its official appellation (“Ordinary Legislative Procedure”), however, is not to say that it is what happens by default. 

Normal only applies in normal times—and times are rarely normal.  Crises, on the other hand, benefit from very different rules.  Take the Covid ‘crisis’.  None of the laws and rules adopted during this period, whether at national or EU level, followed the formalities explained above.  In the name of ‘efficiency’, ‘urgency’, ‘cutting red tape’, ‘saving lives’, ‘acting decisively’, etc., all sorts of corners were cut—mostly the good ones, the ones that are supposed to ensure transparency and accountability and keep alight the feeble flame of democracy.

No impact assessment was carried out; no open call for tender was held when contracting the pandemic ‘counter-measures’, including the vaccines.  Everything was suddenly exclusively top-down, and the EU public administration—like any other national administration in Europe, the UK, US, and everywhere else—just followed religiously the instructions received from the political level.

To the outside observer for whom things are clear and whose mind is made up that this was a hoax pandemic, it may seem inconceivable that so many people—the EU administration being calculated at around 32,000 people, including those from the executive agencies (i.e., not including entities such as the EMA, Frontex or Europol)—could blindly follows orders that today, at the remove of just a couple of years, seem so unequivocally absurd, deceitful and harmful towards people.

Part of the explanation for this evident failure lies in the fact that in reality, out of this huge administration, only a handful of people deal with any given subject.  Not even the Commission’s entire Directorate-General for Health (DG SANTE)—which is based far away from Brussels in County Meath—was involved in this; only a task force under one of the units of one of the Directorates worked directly on the job.

Moreover, as is often the way in sensitive situations, the Commission does not employ its own experienced civil servants with deep expertise in the matter, but ad-hoc contractual agents, drafted in to a grade outranking the civil servants, to carry out the task in hand.  These are people hired on a short-term contract and not with the best salary.  They would carry out any task without asking any question or putting two and two together, just to please their boss, to make sure the contract gets extended so that they can continue to have a job.  Among the managerial class, it is a foregone conclusion that the individuals who achieve senior positions will be careerists who long since decided to sacrifice any moral backbone for the benefit of a promotion.  So nobody will speak and everyone will avert their gaze rather than jeopardise their yearning to climb the greasy pole.

Those focused on positioning themselves in their pecking order of course see the demanding of responsibility based on information that they have never considered as attacks.  Hence security services drawing up lists of dissidents, etc..  Thereby exposing the inherent tyranny they support even more.

Irène Lhoste have very good information in her article on the EU but she does err in concluding that the bureaucrats are not the problem, even if she is correct that the instructions they are under is.  She is partly wrong due to that no-one are guilt free who obey orders.  Order following is inherently evil as all are responsible for their actions and them who follow orders have not taken sovereign responsibility.

If the bureaucrats are not the problem, then who is?
 
Evil has nothing of the glory and romance that many conspiracy theories tend to apportion to it.  It is often the offspring of the banal, and mostly coexists peacefully with banality.  Evil is not the exclusive appanage of a given category of people; it is born when the joints between the three bodies of society—political élites, bureaucracy and general public—crumble and when the mechanisms developed over centuries and meant to allow the estates to keep each other in check are hit by a wrecking ball.  Democracy is achieved when there is a fine balance between the need to keep the large masses under control, so as not to cannibalise each other for control of resources, and the need for the masses as a whole to control those in power, to make sure that it does not get misused or abused.

I feel sorry for all the sad, pathetic people who have been psychologically terrorized into believing the climate change cult narrative.  It's actually a mental illness, and its symptoms are incessant fear stemming from every weather variation, combined with a strong desire to control others and cripple human activity in order to "save the planet" FROM humanity.  The #climate #hoax narrative is just as stupid and yet just as dangerous as the #COVID panic narrative which destroyed economies and countless lives in the name of "compliance" with ill-fated government authority.  REJECT the climate cultists if you really want to save human civilization.

I'm re-listening time after time.  There is so much in that short 10 minutes.  I posted it here,  http://blog.lege.net/?/457-Trump-bankrupting-the-US-Corporation.html ,  even though my web server bandwidth doesn't really work for others, but it works for me and it's a reminder for me.  I also sent this blog as an e-mail and added this: 
 
"Note:  When you dissolve the corporation, you dissolve it's internal laws and go back to the law of the land, common law, etc.."
 
The foundation of law is so far outside the paradigm for most that there is nothing else to do than to keep rubbing it in.  They, most, simply don't get where "law" comes from.

Yes I listened to it 3 times and will do again with headphones.  The woman is amazing.
Assuming "America" as the territory as a whole, with law of the land, without a central bank (central bank -communism) but with a state Bank e.g. America Bank.
To get that, they need to do the opposite of what was done to Germany, more precise German Empire.  (German empire was not crowned by the Vatican, the emperor crowned himself).
 
United States of America must:
Declare bankruptcy
Declare the offices of the federal organs impotent and not functioning
Declare all law of the sea null and void
Declare all states sovereign and the federal states including contracts dissolved.
Declaration of "America" with all sovereign organs alive and able to act.  Declaration of the law of the land fully functioning, able to act.
Declare a new insurance off money structure.
All legal Americans need to vote as a human, with signature and date and location.
No longer can "ius Soli" be applied, but only "ius sanguinis".
Every American needs to prove his family tree, going back to 1776 or at least 1870.
… And on and on.
But if you resurrect the law of the land, you need these…  At least.

Precis som Jan Halper-Hayes säger så kunde inte den verkliga situationen avslöjas för den stora massan för tidigt då det skulle resulterat i inbördeskrig, hon säger inte varför men det är p.g.a. människorna då inte alls skulle kunna ta till sig att det är rätt och riktigt det som skett och sker, det som nu håller på att synliggöras även för "normisarna". 
 
Detta har bäring på vårt eget land och systemtjänarna.  När de på riktigt inser att de faktiskt kan komma att behöva stå enskilt ersättningsskyldiga för de skador de åsamkat i tron att de aldrig skulle behöva ta eget ansvar för det då uppfattar de nog detta som en sorts krigsförklaring.
 
Tanken togs upp och deklarerades för 6 år sedan att det måste tas hänsyn till att de själva stått under mind control men att de från den deklarationen därefter inte längre var utan ansvar.  Det är tidigare postat här ovan, klipper nedan från sådan tidigare post högre upp.  Hur skapar vi framöver en rimlig övergång?  Hur skapar vi förståelse?  Kan det vara så att det i dag går att få förståelse för det som inte gick för 6 år sedan eller har de satt klackarna så i marken att de omöjligt kan tänka om?  Det är ju det att när de väl erkänner något egetansvar "går proppen ur", så de ser väl inget sätt, antar jag.  Därav orubblighetsprincipen.

Fundera på en annan sak:  Det talas ofta om "systemhotande".  Ett upplösande av det nuvarande piratbaserade systemet (moderna kaparbrev i form av det som i detta system kallas "lagen") är förstås "systemhotande" för denna korporativa struktur.  Att som Donald John Trump deklarera och systematiskt legalisera att upplösa avtalet mellan Förenta Staterna, Vatikanen och Brittiska Kronan från år 1871 är givetvis "systemhotande" för det system som utifrån detta avtal (treaty) har skapats.  Men denna form av "systemhotande" innebär inte ett hot för folket om vi bara förstår de nya möjligheterna det skapar.  De som talar om "systemhotande", har de någonsin ens tänkt i dessa banor, eller är de så fastlåsta i förprogrammeringen som pågått åtminstonde sedan år 1871 att de inte ens kan se möjligheterna eller de nya utmaningarna?
 
Hur påverkar upplösandet av världsavtalet mellan Förenta Staterna, Vatikanen och Brittiska Kronan Sveriges avtalsmässiga situation?  Påven var på statsbesök för några år sedan, var det för att förbereda Sverige på förändringen?  Är Sverige nu utanför avtal?  Är Sverige nu ett rent brottsyndikat, anslutet till EU dito?

När somliga säger om rådande lagtekniskt läge att "nu är det så det är", då är det viktigt att förstå att rådande läge är att brott begås mot befolkningen med "lag" som ursäkt.  Det kan dock ej vara lag när det används för att begå brott.

Working hard to put down that 1776 individual sovereignty insurgency that the collectivists and authoritarians have sought to put down since. 
 
To the collectivists and authoritarians 1776 was of course a criminal revolt.  Their world wide oppression was and is threatened by the hope and freedom strivings that The American Project spawned world wide, why it from the collectivists and authoritarians perspective was an insurgency.  Who are the insurgents is a matter of perspective.  It depends on if you support oppression or if you support individual sovereignty.  The two are incompatible.  While sovereignty can accept that people choose to live under tyranny if that is their free will choice, only as long as they do not infringe on the sovereignty of those not so choosing, tyranny cannot accept that anyone anywhere is free as that will always be an inspiration for people to leave tyranny and tyranny is simply not attractive enough to retain it's hold when there is a viable alternative.

I thought @elonmusk’s interview with @andrewrsorkin was one of the great interviews ever.  Musk is a free speech absolutist which I respect.  I think he is entirely correct that he and @X are treated unfairly and inconsistently by advertisers. 
 
@tiktok_us @instagram @facebook and others have enormous amounts of problematic content, antisemitic and otherwise, but the advertisers don’t boycott those platforms. 
 
Musk is targeted because the other media organizations view @X as a competitor and any time his name is in an article about controversies, it draws clicks.  MSM is incentivized to attack him as it actually drives attention to their sites and therefore more revenues.  It is these attack articles by other media organizations that put pressure on the @Disney’s of the world to stop advertising on X. 
 
If Bob Iger would carefully examine the facts, he would likely continue to advertise on X, but Disney caves to public pressure rather than do the right thing.  Meanwhile Disney invests heavily on TikTok, likely alongside videos of kids teaching other teenagers to be anorexic and worse.  I am sure Nelson Peltz can fix this when he joins the Disney board. 
 
X presents the opportunity for advertisers to access an incredible global audience that is not available elsewhere.  And it is cheap compared to other alternatives because of current circumstances.  
 
On Musk and antisemitism: 
 
After examining the facts, it was clear to me that Musk did not have antisemitic intent when he responded with the ‘actual truth’ tweet, and further clarified thereafter. 
 
I thought he made what he meant extremely clear in the @andrewrsorkin interview, namely, that Jews are drawn to support ‘oppressed’ groups and causes through various non-profits due to our history of being an oppressed minority. 
 
Musk points out correctly that a number of these organizations and their members support Hamas.  And he is correct in saying that Jews should rethink support for organizations that seek their elimination. 
 
Many Jews are doing that right now. 
 
To use a Muskism, Earth is fortunate that @X is owned by an individual that is largely insulated from financial and other influence.   That said, perhaps some form of very carefully governed trust would be a better forever owner than any individual. 
 
@PershingSqFdn invested in the Twitter privatization in support of free speech.  Whether we make a profit on our investment is not important to us as we never intend to sell our interest. 
 
I am more inclined to like and support companies that advertise on the platform because I appreciate their support for free speech.  I have actually bought products I learned about from ads on @X.  I can’t think of another example of my responding to direct advertising other than on X. 
 
Unfortunately, recent (and society’s long-term experience) with non-profit governance, see @OpenAI, certain private universities etc.  should not give anyone confidence that a traditional non-profit would be a better owner of X than Musk. 
 
Perhaps some day the ownership of X should be distributed to each American, one share for each American during their lives and one for each person born, with a charter which permanently vests the free speech principles by which it operates.

Min personliga medvetandeprocess har lett till insikten att detta numera rätteligen bör benämnas "Desillusionistblogg".  Att jag så att säga bedriver en "Holistisk Detektivbyrå" och att mitt mål är att bli en "Multidimensionell vägvisare".

Mer kommer - jag häver ej ur mig dessa ord som tomma floskler.  Som förberedelse har jag arkiverat det som förut fanns här under i högermarginalen, och bara behållit lite mer än minimalt.  De tidigare högermarginalerna är länkade, den senaste med dagens datum - 2009-10-24 - så inget har egentligen försvunnit, jag har bara flyttat bort fokus från "snårskogen" som skulle skymma sikten från helheten.

2009-10-24:  I dag kan en "Holistisk Detektiv" förmoda att följande varning på ljusgrön botten beskriver en verklighet som mycket snart ligger bakom oss.  Varningen fanns mellan 2007-09-24 till 2009-10-24 postad upptill i högermarginalen av bloggen.  Den finns nu kvar här nedan som museiföremål:

VARNING!  Den som börjar ifrågasätta omvandlas automatiskt till 'konspirationsteoretiker', och förlorar omedelbart all trovärdighet.  Vår regisserade verklighet är en slags fundamentalistisk 'religion', som ICKE FÅR IFRÅGASÄTTAS.
